For Lean Maritime, 2020 marks the beginning of an eventful year: The consultancy celebrates its tenth anniversary!

Just in time for its anniversary, Lean Maritime has grown by one location. In addition to the offices in Hamburg and Singapore, the consultants are now also represented in Madrid. Offices in Paris and Miami are soon to follow. However, it is not only the team and physical presence of the consultancy that is expanding, but also its portfolio:

Learning from the performance culture in elite sport is one of the highlights for Lean Maritime in its anniversary year. The consultants are continuing to support Erik Heil and Thomas Plößel, the current 49er vice world champions and Olympic bronze medallists, on their way to Tokyo.
In September, Lean Maritime GmbH is celebrating its anniversary with a specialist conference on the topic of "Lean structures in the maritime industry" and is expanding the range of knowledge offered by the Lean Academy to include "Hybrid project management", which combines industrial clocking with agile structures.
