Registration for Lean Construction training in accordance with VDI Guideline 2553

Welcome to register for our Lean Construction Training according to VDI Guideline 2553. This practice-oriented qualification program is aimed at professionals from the construction industry, architecture and consulting who wish to expand their project management skills.   • The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded with Lean Group GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), in particular for training courses and in-house workshops.

    1. registration procedure

    Registration for our training offers can be made via our website, by e-mail or by mail. A preliminary reservation is possible up to eight weeks before the start date of the respective course. A binding training contract is created with the final registration. The contractual partner is the registered participant or his employer.

    2. fees and payment modalities

    The respective training fees can be found in the corresponding training program. The invoice will be issued 30 days before the start of the course and is due immediately and without deductions. In the case of registrations at short notice, the fees are to be paid on the first day of the training at the latest.

    3. withdrawal conditions

    Cancellations must be made in writing to the e-mail address training@lean-group.com. Cancellations up to four weeks before the start of the course are free of charge. Cancellations up to two weeks before the start of the course will be charged 50% of the fee, thereafter the full amount must be paid. A substitute participant can be nominated.

    4. course cancellations

    The provider reserves the right to cancel courses for economic or organizational reasons. In this case, fees already paid will be refunded. Further claims are excluded. Costs for already booked travel or accommodation will not be refunded. Cancellations are usually announced two weeks before the start of the course.

    5. admission criteria

    Admission to the courses takes place in accordance with the respective conditions of participation, which are either specified in the course itself or by the VDI. The provider reserves the right to select participants according to the fulfillment of the admission criteria and the order of applications.

    6. copyright and use of the course materials

    The training documents are protected by copyright. They may only be passed on or reproduced with the written permission of the provider.

    7. course implementation

    The provider reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, venue and course content. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of attendance and, if the course requirements are met, a certificate. Missed course units can be made up within one year, provided the offer is available. A refund is excluded.

    8. right of modification

    The provider is entitled to make necessary adjustments in content, method and organization before or during the training. Substitute speakers can be used if necessary.
