Theo Herzog recognized as one of Top-10 Consultants in Germany

Theo Herzog is one of the top 10 coaches who will be featured in a special supplement in Lufthansa Exclusive magazine in November 2019 and in Manager magazine in January 2020. As part of the "Top 10 People" campaign, the editorial team has currently selected and profiled ten coaches from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As an "expert in Lean engineering and construction", Theo Herzog explains on page two of the Top 10 Coaches issue how innovative consulting approaches lead to long-lasting partnerships between him and his clients.

Consistent. Results-oriented. In partnership.

The basis of his consultancy: sound expert knowledge, a clear approach and, above all, measurable results. This combination has led to long-standing partnerships with medium-sized and large industrial companies from the plant engineering, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, infrastructure and building construction sectors.

Research meets practice

Theo Herzog cooperates with scientific partners to transfer modern approaches such as advanced analytics, data-driven execution and hybrid project management into industrial practice. The first applications and specific training programs are already being used successfully.

Philosophy and attitude

Inspired by Ray Dalio's principles of "radical open-mindedness and radical transparency", Herzog deliberately challenges its clients to abandon familiar ways of thinking. This is about more than methodological knowledge - it is about a performance-oriented corporate culture, crisis resilience and targeted restructuring when necessary.

Smart. Lean. Agile.

With the founding of Lean Maritime, Lean Plant and Lean Construction, Theo Herzog has set a clear focus: operational excellence in large capital-intensive projects. He has been supporting organizations in reducing costs, improving processes and increasing profits for over 15 years.

The combination of Smart, Lean and agile enables project organizations to make decisions faster, act more efficiently and react flexibly to market changes. This creates powerful teams with a start-up mentality - even in large-scale industrial project environments.

Voices from the field

Clients - including managing directors, board members and project directors of well-known companies - particularly praise the consulting team's quick comprehension, high adaptability and solution-oriented approach: "constructive, structured, reliable and creative - even outside the box."

Personal background

Theo Herzog studied civil engineering and business administration in Darmstadt and Karlsruhe. He gained his first consulting experience at Porsche Consulting in the field of Lean construction. He founded his first own company in 2010. Today, he manages international mandates from Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Singapore and Miami. In addition to consulting, he is passionate about downhill mountain biking and gardening - finding balance through exercise and nature.
