Lean Maritime GmbH is one of the best SME consultants in Germany - this was determined by the "Top Consultant" comparison based on a scientifically sound customer survey. Managing Director Theo Herzog accepted the award at the award ceremony at the 6th German SME Summit on June 28, 2019 in Frankfurt's Jahrhunderthalle. Former German President Christian Wulff presented the trophy.
Seal of approval: excellent consulting performance
The independent quality seal "Top Consultant" stands for excellent consulting services. With immediate effect, the consultants at Lean Maritime can now display their outstanding expertise with this label. The Bonn-based "Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung" (Scientific Society for Management and Consulting) put Lean Maritime through its paces beforehand. In an extensive benchmarking process, the professionalism and performance of all participating consulting companies and the satisfaction of their customers were examined. Ten to twenty customers per company were surveyed. Only those who received top marks were awarded the title of "Top Consultant".
Consultant market: transparent guidance
According to the Federal Association of German Management Consultants, around 16,000 consulting firms offer their services in Germany alone. Thanks to its scientific testing methods, "Top Consultant" ensures greater transparency in this confusing consultant market. In times of increasing openness of medium-sized companies to external optimization, the quality seal provides a quickly recognizable indication of reputable and effective consultants. "For companies, the award is an important orientation aid in their search for consultants," says Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink, Professor of Management Consulting at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. "And for the consultants, a recommendation par excellence."
Customer satisfaction: scientifically proven
The consultants at Lean Maritime appreciate the seal of approval: "This award honors us because it is based on the proven satisfaction of our customers," says Theo Herzog. According to the benchmarking report, customers were particularly positive about the "authentic consultants". They were "extremely adaptable to different situations", had an "extremely quick grasp" and implemented "practical and quickly realizable solutions with a short ROI". One client was particularly enthusiastic about the "absolutely constructive and collaborative cooperation" with the consultants, another about their "reliability, reporting, out-of-the-box thinking and structured approach". Theo Herzog is delighted with this feedback: "We would like to thank you for the great feedback and the productive collaboration with our clients. We will continue to do our best in the future."
