The Lean Group established a subsidiary in Norway at the beginning of the year, based in Stavanger.

In the middle of Stavanger's old town, in a modern open office building, the Lean Group AS has moved into its company headquarters. From here, the local team led by Managing Director Dagfinn Seglem looks after customers and projects in Norway and Northern Europe.

With Dagfinn Seglem as Managing Director of Lean Group AS, the Norwegian company form of the Lean Group, a very experienced and highly qualified personality has been recruited. 

Dagfinn has already gained extensive experience as a managing director in companies in England, Spain and Norway. He holds a Bachelor in Architecture and Construction Management and a Master in Real Estate Management and is actively involved in project work in leading roles in major projects.  

As a former professional cyclist, Dagfinn brings a great deal of energy and implementation strength to the Lean Group team and impresses with his ability to form and lead a successful power team from individuals.

The Lean Group is one of the best consultancies in Germany. Since the "invention" of cycle planning and cycle control by a team member, Lean Construction has been one of the main fields of activity of the Lean Group. In addition, the Lean Group has long been active in the Norwegian and Northern European markets. With the new company, customers and projects can now be supported locally by a local team.
