Top Consultants Award 2022 - Three times in a row

The Lean Group was once again named one of the best consultancies in Germany.

At the German SME Summit in Frankfurt am Main, the Lean Group was awarded the TOP CONSULTANT seal for the third time in a row. With this award, the Lean Group has once again joined the German consulting elite in 2022 and can count itself as one of the best consultancies in Germany.

With its mission statement "efficient growth", the Frankfurt-based consultancy supports its customers in growing efficiently and reacting flexibly to market developments. The innovative solutions of the Frankfurt experts significantly and sustainably improve the value creation of industrial and service companies - whether at automotive suppliers, in the healthcare sector or in the construction industry.

The award was presented by former Federal President Dr. Christian Wulff, who once again accompanied the competition as a mentor, and was crowned with a personal presentation and congratulations to the Lean Group.

The participating companies were examined on behalf of the Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB) in Bonn. According to the WGMB, the most important factor was "customer-oriented, SME-oriented consulting". The competition was again based on a survey of SMEs that have already worked with our consultants. The reference customers named by the Lean Group provided information on how professionally the management consultants work, how

how satisfied they are with the consulting services and results and whether they would recommend the consulting services of the Lean Group to others. The award was once again supervised and reviewed by Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink, Professor of Management Consulting at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, together with Bianka Knoblach. "It is important that consulting firms know the specific needs of their SME clients and respond to them," says Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink.
